Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

If there is something wrong with your order, we want to make things right. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at coldpresseddesigns@gmail.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and a photo showing the problem.
